At Vigilante Naturals, you're cared for as a customer and a human being. All orders consist of small batch, quality-checked products and every package is hand-assembled so we know it's done right. PRIVACY
Privacy and safety are important. Site members who create and sustain profiles control the information stored. Payment information stored is utilized automatically for subscriptions only. Identifiable information is not stored, accessed or used for businesses purposes or otherwise sold to third parties.
USE + SAFETY + WARNINGS
Vigilante Natural products are intended for topical, superficial and external use only. Although naturally derived, all products should be kept out of reach of children and animals. For use in children, breastfeeding and pregnant woman ask a health professional before use. Every VN product has an ingredients breakdown, suggested use and warnings. This library of information can be found in our FAQS page and should be viewed prior to use. The safety of VN products can only be guaranteed if outlined use is adhered to accordingly. In the event any VN product causes redness, rash, irritation or a reaction of any kind, you should discontinue use immediately. While all VN products are made with all natural ingredients, every human body is different and response to our products may vary between individuals and create highly individualized experiences.
SHIPPING, REFUNDS + RETURNS
Vigilante Natural ships domestically with FREE shipping on orders over $55 USD of qualifying products before tax. Shipping is calculated based on United States Postal Service (USPS) current rates for the distance traveled from our headquarters in New Jersey. All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Every fulfilled order has an expected delivery date of 5-7 business days unless holiday processing time causes delays. VN is not liable for delays in USPS processing. Orders are eligible for refunds within 30 days of placing the order only. All refund requests must be in writing to Orders@VigilanteNatural.com to be considered. Additionally, refund requests are subject to review and may be granted for damaged packaging, damaged product(s), issues with deliveries or excessive and prolonged skin irritation only. Refund requests are also subject to the request for photos so we can better serve our customers and address issues outside of our concern. Every product is quality checked and every parcel is hand-packed for additional quality check purposes. Refunds will not be issued for distaste in scent, size or otherwise personal preference. Returns are not accepted.
