For women, a dime size amount should be applied twice, morning and night to the neck, inner arms, wrists, chest, lower abdomen, or inner thighs, alternating sites of application for 3 weeks and then taking 1 week off. If you get your menstrual cycle, take that week off and then start again, repeating the process.

For men, a dime size amount should be applied ONLY once a day in the morning to the neck, inner arms, wrists, chest, lower abdomen, or inner thighs, alternating sites of application. Do not take a break.
